Star Travel (https://www.startravel.vn/) are currently looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic tour operators to correspond with our travel consultants and accountants to handle tour packages. You will:
• Booking and pre-checking services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival: reserve transportation, cruise, restaurant, tour guide…
• Complete checklist and follow up related booking expenses.
• Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing.
• Preparing the document for guide on tour.
• Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
Yêu cầu:
• Minimum 2 year experience with Tour Operator or related field.
• Pro-active, team spirit, good organizational and problem solving skill
• Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure
• English: Advanced, fluently
