Option 1:

If you depart from airports in China, they will not accept Vietnam visa on arrival. So, you must take Vietnam visa at Vietnamese Embassy in China. How should you do?

After you take your Scanned Approval Letter that we will send to you, please bring this Scanned Approval Letter along with your necessary identity documents + passport valid at least 6 months + 2 photos (in color, 4*6cm size, with a face straight forward) to Vietnamese Embassy in China to get your official Vietnam Visa (without receiving Vietnam visa getting upon arrival). You only need to pay a fee to get stamped on your passport like visa on arrival.
